BUST: This is not your bra size. This is the measurement around your chest at the fullest part of your breasts. While being measured, your arms should be at your side and relaxed. WAIST: Also known as "natural waist". Around the narrowest part of your stomach above your hips. HIPS: This is the measurement at the fullest part of your hips. Find your hip bones and measure there How do I place an order? You can place an order online directly via the website. We offer a group discount: 25% off list price for purchases of 5 or more items. If your order involves any customizations or tax exemptions, simply fill out an order form and email it to: info@chantillybelle.com so that we can create you a special listing and invoice that include your group discounted price as well. How about exhanges and returns? All sales are final. If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may create you a replacement. In the event a replacement cannot be made, we will issue you a refund. What are your shipping times & costs? Shipping varies because it is calculated by the weight and dimensions of your bulk custom order. We use Priority Shipping via USPS, but if you are needing something faster, please contact us so we may source different options. When should I place my order? The sooner the better is what we always suggest. Group orders typically range in processing from 10-12 weeks depending on the size.
